Return Policy for faulty items:
Once the product is received by us we will check that it is indeed faulty and upon confirmation a refund will be processed within 7 days from the date the returned product(s) are received.
Please use the contact form or contact us by telephone to arrange your return.
If the product is not received, or it is found that the product is not faulty then no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to you should you request us to.
Product Ordered in Error
If you would like to return a product to us which you have ordered in error you may. In this case, you will need to pay for the item to be returned. Items ordered in error will only be refunded if no seals are broken and the cartridge is in an unused condition.

30 day returns on unopened items:
Provided that the product/s are unopened, you can send anything back to us for a full refund or exchange for up to 30 days after making your purchase.
